Sump and Wet/Dry filter

Hey guys im starting my first 29 gallon saltwater aquarium its going to be a FOWLR { fish only with live rock } Anyway i was wondering if i need the sump and wet dry or if i could use 2 aqueon 30 filters. Also if i do use a sump got any good ways to make one yourself or know any cite. Thx guys :wink::squigglemouth::nerd::angel:
