Maybe I'll clean it... I never have touched my existing sump. The build quality is unbelievable for off eBay. The company that built it makes acrylic cases for semiconductors or something like that.

Really nice for ebay. You mind shooting me a PM so I can save them for a future upgrade?

Here you go:

fishstix_sumps on eBay

Has 3 more sumps including the one I bought... But for $100 more.

Figured out the pm... Was trying to find the company that this is being built at. I will find it but they build some pretty technical stuff.

Anyone know if there are any clamp on heater brackets that aren't DIY? I was going to just make one but now I am afraid to glue anything to the inside of the sump... No matter how careful I would be, I can't match this craftsmanship.

Whoa!! Sorry are those filter sock bags in the intake section? Does the water go into those and filter out or does it sort of just run off? And the light slides across the frame?? Ugh....drool.

They are bags... Never seen them before this. They are from eshopps. The light is a finnex he has mounted on a sliding frame. I can't wait to start rebuilding now! I totally took a flyer on the sump and am happy I did... It was a lot of money to spend on something in never saw in person.

Too rich for me also! I couldn't pass it up though. I was going to build a new larger sump myself but after I priced the acrylic and other materials/tools I would have to buy, it really didn't seem too bad.

I will try to create a build thread but it is going to be fast and furious. I would like everyones opinions though! I haven't built a tank for over 10 years so it will be fun. Im sure I will make plenty of mistakes but it will much nicer than my current setup which is a conglomeration of cheaply done "fixes".
