Sump concern

Diy stand but was off with my measurements I feel like. I'm concerned that the tank is a little to tight. There's a 1/16 gap between my stand legs and the rim of the sump. Will the legs break the tank over time? Only time will tell but has anyone had a similar concern?

As long as the sump tank is not actively being pressured, you should be fine.

You can now, but what’s it gonna do with a tank full of water and rocks setting on top?

I’d test fill it outside and make sure nothing settles/moves with a load on the stand.
