sump cuc ?

Ok so my sump is getting a little algae and other build up could I put a small amount of snails in it or how does everybody else deal with it ? I'm gonna put some macro and mud in anyways and there is a killer hermit (he killed 6 other smaller crabs that I saw)

I just use a powerhead in my sump to keep all the detritus in suspension for the skimmer to deal with.

i add some snails to every refugium.
typically its 1 or 2 nass and some cerinths

I dont worry about it, if algea grows in the sump.... sure beats having it in the display

Also if your adding in the killer crab, you will probably lose the snails anyways
