Sump filter socks

Hey reefers!
I have a question, I have my filter socks for about 6 months now and at this point they are so damaged that they clog after 10 hours I put them in the sump.
Is there a way I can renew them somehow? Or just purchase new ones? TY.

spray them with the jet mode on a garden hose nozzle or pressure washer with an appropriate strength.
