I've always been curious, would there be any benefit to putting one or two small koralia nano's in the sump to keep things moving around and prevent detritus from settling?

Well, thats where you kinda want it to settle, there you can siphon it out, you don't want it blowing back into the DT. I had a powerhead in my sump, but i did it to get the chaeto to tumble.

I would also let it settle in the sump. It makes removal very easy.

I guess my thought, and hope, was that if it was continuously suspended maybe the skimmer would grab it. I do agree, better to have it in the sump than the DT.
