Putting together a sump for a 210 Gallon tank, your thoughts?

Light to medium bio load for the foreseeable future
This will be in the basement 12' head height (great access to the sump area)
I'm thinking a 40 breeder or standard 55 to fit the space I have
Shooting for for 500 - 750g/h flow (2x or 3x)
Hard Plumbing with manifold for future reactors
(2) Apex Cor20 run to two independent 1" returns?
Rollermat - Theiling Compact? (no socks)
Skimmer - Bubble Magnus? What size given the roller mat?
Fuge section?

If you can fit it, I would go with a standard 75. I would also go for a large fuge section where you can grow a thick bed of chaeto/ulva, and then you could even skip the rollermat, as a thick bed of chaeto/ulva will act as natural mechanical filtration, in addition to the awesome nutrient export. Also, you might consider putting the sump on a stand to reduce the head. Every foot you can reduce the head, obviously will help your return flow g/h
