Sump for bean animal setup.

Thats my sump. I was wondering if this can be setup with a bean animal plumbing style, it has only 2 inputs, but the 3rd pipe for bean animal hangs above the sump correct?

Yep. The 3rd pipe is the emergency overflow and goes directly into the center of the sump.
