I am not sure how would you rate it, but I used it on a 200G and it worked perfect. It also, has a 7G top off on the back.

total dimension are 32" L X 22"D X 16 3/4"H the skimmer section 12" X 16" and the return pump section 8" X 16"

yup. made out of cast acrylic 1/2' around and 3/8" baffles dividers.
