Hi everyone! I am about to purchase a 60G cube, I've been talking about it in my local FB reef forum for a while asking about ideas and such. I had planned on using a 10G tank to house my filter sock, heater, skimmer and return pump. All of a sudden, the day before I go but it a guy in the forum tells me 10G sump is to small and will overflow.....seriously? Please....this is my first sump and I've invested lots of money in quality lights, MP10's and a serious skimmer for the 10G sump. Will a 10G work? If not please tell me what I need to do.

If you are looking for for a nice size sump that will fit under 60 cube let me know. I got a couple brand new ones for sell that I can ship you. Thanks

Sorry, I'd have to agree that there is not enough room in a ten gallon tank to house all the equipment you want to put in it.

I would go as big as you can fit in your stand bigger sump= more water and room for more stuff down the road
