I'm wanting to add a fuge to my setup. The only one I've found that'll fit is a bashsea biofuge 30"x10"x14". My tank is 60 gallons. And it cannot be drilled. I no I'm gonna need an overflow box also. My question is what size overflow? What size return pump, etc am I gonna need? And what will I need besides an overflow box and return pump? Thanks in advance!

Can anyone point me in the right direction on determining the size of return pump I'm gonna need?
It may help to determine what overflow you're getting first. I've heard that you want anywhere from 5-10x tank volume turnover in your sump. You'd probably be safest getting an adjustable return pump rated for 700ish. That way you can reach that 10x turnover if you wish, or dial it back if that's what you choose.

I have a 40b with an Eshopps overflow. It been running for 2+ years with no problems. I also have a Jebao return pump. I would go with Jebao 6000 return pump and Eshopps 800 overflow. There are going to be people that say these are junk but I've ran these for over 2 years with no problems.

The sump I'm getting is brs trigger systems crystal cube sump 18. I am going to have to put it inside a cabinet on the side of my tank because my stand is too small for anything.
