What are these? They are growing in my sump and overflow box.

Are you talking about the aiptasia anemones....a pest anemone?

Without question....get them out. The ones on the glass are easily scraped off, but those in rocks, you most likely need to use an ingredient in a syringe, and inject them. You can go commercial and get Aiptasia X or F-Aiptasia, or DIY using Kalk paste or lemonjuice.
