you dont need the fourth baffle for the air/bubble trap but everything else looks good. Just make sure to line it up so it is level, especially the first chamber where it goes into the filter sock, polyfil, etc. Also make sure to space out the baffles properly so they dont just siphon the bubbles all the way through

matters the flow rate but use pretty thick acrylic pieces if you are using acrylic, i used 1/4" acrylic baffles in my 20 gallon sump
