Sump media

I got a small 13g sump from brs for my 75g reef 2 weeks ago. And was wounding what I should add into the middle chamber. I have a little bit of chaeto in there atm but would this media be good

You dont need more media if you have a good amount of liverock in the display.

You could really do up the fuge and add miracle mud with a gravel top under your chaeto.
This would be more beneficial than more media.
