Ive never plumbed a tank before so can you guys show me examples of your tanks cause I want to do this right.. I have a IM 25 Lagoon and a 30gal sump I want to add a manifold as well

Can you post pictures of your tanks overflow as well as your sump and their relative placement together?
It is hard to specifically advise without seeing what we are working with. However, basically, you should get familiar with the three most common types of overflows: Durso, Herbie and Bean Animal.
Then you need to decide what type of piping you want to use. If you are new to this, then flex piping is the easiest to work with, but costs a little more. If you do it right, you won't need to glue anything and you can use all threaded connectors. Another advantage to flex pipes is that they can be designed to minimize (or eliminate) and elbow joints. Otherwise, if you want to learn to use PVC and save a few bucks, look up some Youtube videos on how to work with it.
Once you have decided your plumbing materials, you can then get the appropriate bulkheads and fittings and get to it. Plan on at least one valve for your overflow line(s), but for a more flexible design, put a valve on each of your overflow lines...

Oh super simple...
You could just do three flex tubes and the appropriate fittings to fit the bulkheads and the return pump... I would drill the holes under your bulkheads in the stand, make the tubes vertically run down, then bend on the inside to go to where you need them. Don't forget the valves on the overflow lines!
You'll spend longer in the hardware store than you will installing it...

I won’t be able to drill cause how I built the stand but I kinda want to do a combo of pvc and the flex tubing

Make sure you leak test that junk. No one wants to clean up a flood at 2am.

A manifold is a little more glueing you need to figure out how many extra outlets you want, plan a valve for each(make sure your return pump is oversized to accommodate everything you want on it). You will want to tee off of your return from the pump one end goes back to your tank and the other to either a valve (to shut it off completely like I did, i also added a coupler so that I could remove it for maintenance
) or you can go right to tees and make it permanent, just don't forget that you will need to support it when it is full of water.
