Well today i got my 20g long drilled and internal overflow box mounted and bulkhead fittings installed...as well as painted the back glass black and tinted the 2 sides. *Looks awesome* so now on to sump plumbing. Is it better to hard pipe it with PVC? Or use flex tubing? Right now im thinking 1inch PVC pipe for the drain and 3/4 flex tubing for the return. Whats your opinion? And what do you like more and why?

Flex for the overflow, because its not under pressure, and pvc for the return because it is under pressure.

I think i will do that. Flex for overflow and pvc for return

I use PVC as my main return line. I run tubing from my pump to the PVC on the return though.
