Sump pump return pump

Hi,
I’m hoping someone can help me out here
I have the

Syncra SDC 9.0 WiFi Controllable Pump (1000-2500 GPH) I’m using the Contrall app.​

my problem is the pump seems to be sucking dry gurgling ever 7 to 12 hours does anyone have this issue and can you tell me is you dial back the flow value or the power in the pump in the Contrall app

Looks like the level in the return section is low. Do you have an ato?

As above, your pump is creating vortex and sucking air. You need to raise water level in sump’s return compartment, you can also decrease pump flow.

Looks like you are running the crystal sapphire 44. I would raise the water level in the hole sump. If you have It that low for the skimmer, put the skimmer on a platform to raise height

We popped a couple holes on the top caps of in the back of the tank and everything seems to be leveing out now.

Do you mean to add something into the skimmer chamber under neath it to rise it above water in the water?

It looks to me the water level is low in the hole sump. I was saying if you have it that low for the skimmer, you can raise the water level in the whole sump, and add a stand under the skimmer to raise the skimmer up to compensate for the extra water level
