I’m having a problem I have a 75g tank and the doors are very small what’s a sump I can use that will fit through a little 12” door

You are going to need to build a custom sump.

Perhaps you could use PVC to connect some larger ATOs and then assemble them once you get them in the cabinet. This will require some DIY.

If it where me, (I'm a woodworker), I'd build a new stand and put a 40B sump in there. A 75DT and 40B sump, perfect together. Stand and new 40B would be less expensive than commercial sump.

If the tank isn't set up yet, you can drop in a 20 Long or 29 gallon, or even a true 30 gallon (3' long).

Through the doors, a 20 Long might be the biggest you could fit inside.

All good suggestions above.
Dimensions of the stands footprint and the doors opening would be helpful. This is exactly why I built a custom stand. Complete open access to the sump with zero center supports.. Win win for maintenance.

20 long is 12 1/2" wide
If the exact dimensions don't allow for squeezing it in....

Then I would get creative, like temporarily adding a front brace and removing the original one. Or draining the tank, scoot it out from the wall, and get one in through the back.

There are ways. Pics of the tank and stand might help. Personally, if you can't get at least a 20 long in there, it might not be worth it. I would have to at least fit a skimmer, heater, return pump, and hold extra water volume when the return pump is off.
