Hard to tell for sure... either way it needs work and is going to make some noise...

To me it almost looks like it should go this way (unless that right compartment is for ATO):

I solved the issue!

I sold it and picked up a trigger sapphire 34 sump

This is what I think also, but the skimmer would need to go in the middle and the return pump to the left.
