Sump questions/concerns

I have a couple questions/concerns regarding my sump.

#1 is I have gha taking over my fuge and my chaeto seems to be dieing because of it (it's turning brown)
Not sure what I can do to fix this.

#2 is I have algae growing in my skimmer from the fuge light shining on it. Is that a problem or will that be ok?

Fuge is lit with a 5000k led flood type bulb from hardware store

#3 is I have detritus piling up under the stand I had to make for my skimmer. There's no real way to syphon that out and the skimmer is very hard to move out of the sump due to its size and the way the plumbing goes across the top of it. Is that going to cause an issue if left that way?

Chaeto isnt as effective as hair algae pulling nutrients out of the water. So yeah hair algae will take over. Some people use an ats for this reason. You could try dosing iron for the chaeto. But likely the hair algae will use it too.

The algae in tbe skimmer isnt a problem.

The detritus isnt a problem but you should try and get it out. Ive seennfish get sick from this before. But may be unlikely.
