Sump recommendations

Yes, sumps that large are not standard/common. I know Trigger can custom make one for you, if it was me, I'd buy a large glass aquarium and build the sump myself. Otherwise you'd have to get one custom made... did u try asking the aquarium manufacturer if they can build one for you?

I would DIY it as well. Either something like a standard 75 (or larger if room permits), or if you don't mind the industrial look, a rubbermaid stock tank. I use a 100g stock tank for my 60g FT and it is great. Ugly, perhaps, but great. To keep the skimmer at a constant level I built a small acrylic box on legs that sits inside the sump. The FT drains into it and overflows to the main sump area. The rest of the sump area is a LR storage area and a place to put the heaters.

Hi PandaParties,
I am in the process of doing a 300 gallon build and I am making my own dual sumps and separate refugium tied into both sumps .
The sumps I designed and building are to maximize space yet give me linear foot length of sumps. I will have 8 linear feet of sumps. Each sump is 24wx28lx16h
I am doing race track designs and will begin to sell them at local stores or private clients.
Our food should be available soon in some stores, and that too is available for private sale.
Check out my thread to see the mock ups out of cardboard under the stand I built out of fiberglass.
