Sump/refugium

Looking at the ADV-100 and the R-100. Is anyone running one of these, which one would be better. I have a 55 gal and am running a aquaC urchin pro skimmer with it.

The r100 has three separate chambers. A skimmer, a refugium, and one with a filter sock. The adv(advanced)-100 only has two chambers. A skimmer, and a larger refugium no filter sock but does have probe holders. They are both rated for 75-125 gallons.
