Sump rock

so this rock was tucked away in the sump. Look like it had a dead skeleton on it. Remarkably it has soft tissue out the side of this chalice/I don't even know what critter. It has soft skin. Skin is brown with orange dots. Never seen any corals like this. Ideas people? I'm doing some husbandry. When I do the sump cleaning I'll get some better pics.
