Sump sponges ?

Hello my display tank looks great then my overflow has a bunch of hair algae in it and then my sump has all these sponges from what it looks like and just muck fish poo food or whatever isn’t getting caught by my filter sock anything I should b worried about with how this is set up

Those are pineapple sponges which are short lived and derive from silicated from sand, new rock or expired di resin cartridges. They are harmless
Also many spirobid worms in sump
