Sump suggestions for a 40 breeder SPS tank?

Got my stand for a early christmas present so all i need now to start it up is my sump. Was wondering what would be suggested for one? I want a refugium for sure for pod population as well as natural filteration. I got the marineland black stand that fits it. Not sure the exact model though. So yeah. Any suggestions?

I have a trigger systems emerald 26 below a 45g frag tank. Seems to be a good fit.

I also have just a standard 20 long under the daughters 40b.

I was looking at those trigger systems before. I was thinking of the 34? i believe.

34 will give you more volume volume, without looking I believe around 8 gallons or so if I recall. The sections of course are a little bigger as well.
