Yes tank is already set up and running but not drilled for plumping

OK you're going to need to purchase an overflow box. Here's the one I have on my 40b https://www.saltwateraquarium.com/pf-300-overflow-box-eshopps/

Then you can either buy a sump/fuge or you can build one.

My apologies for late response I scored a me over flow box eshoppe brand new out of box waiting for the sale to get and eshoppe 100 sump
