Been running about 4 months. I'm just not sure if the water level is correct and if not how to adjust it. The water level in the sock area seems fine and the return area stays stable. The refugium area into the skimmer is always high. I've tried removing water but it just fills back up. It just seems odd the level is above the wall separating them and the wall itself has the holes to allow water to flow through.

Also, I get a lot of salt accumulation in the overflow section before the socks. It's not obvious in the photos because I did a water change and cleanup this morning. I get lots of salt up the stand wall and on the pipes.

Thanks for any advice.

Sorry for the duplicate post. Not sure how that happened. The other one has the photos

I dont see other posts. Please ad pics to this also.
Generally you want to slow down return pump a little to allow return to fill sump
What is likely happening is that the pump is sending water to the tank faster than water is coming into the sump
