Sumps next to tank

Please post photos of sumps next to tank, need help cause I cannot use under tank as NO Access, and tak already up with water, converting from another setup ,Thanks so much.

Most that run external sumps plump it into a separate room behind the tank. Do you have the sump or are you just gathering ideas at this point?
