Sumps, not always pretty

Well I got the baffles. Just waiting or him to give me the pump measurements and ill be drilling and gluing tomorrow!!!

Here they are laying loosely. Lame!!!

So the plan is from r to L:
Drain (filter sock option) heater as well
Baffle
Skimmer section
Bubble trap
Drain to next tank
Baffle
Refugium
Return

Simple enough I'd imagine.
 
Oh! In the meantime here is another tip:
If you want to, or have to, glue indoors you can just cover the top of the tank with glass or anything solid. The dap glue does not stink anywhere near as bad as aquarium silicone.

I did a whole 75 in my office and just threw a lid on and Put an open bag of carbon in there with the drying glue to absorb the stench. 2 days later t smelled of new tank :)
 
Ok here's the plumbing setup. Not glued yet of course.

The hose is for water changes and there is a spray bar in the refugium.

First plumbing test. Can the sump handle its own flow?

And here it is running. Full blast to the fuge and 75 %to the drain section.
