So I just upgraded my reef tank from 75 to 150 I have a tank that is not drilled and I don't want to drill it. I really want a sump because I don't like using my canister. How can I get some help on buying or making a sump. What all do I need to make it work with out drilling it

You are going to need some sort of over the back siphon.
Personally, I would go with one of the LifeReef ones. Used one on a 75 many many years ago and it wouldn't perfectly. Would only stick with the "U" tube style overflow.
