Sun blaze t5 fixture for SPS?

Dimensions would be helpful. If you could fit it I would suggest the 8x54 watt for your 90 gallon. I cant imagine it has quite as high quality parabolics as the ATI fixtures do, and it probably lacks the active cooling, but I'm sure the 8 bulbs would allow you to grow just about anything including SPS, especially with the right bulbs

I guess it really depends which one you go with. The 4 bulb could grow lower light Sps just fine and a 6-8 bulb would do any Sps you want.
