Hello - I have a sun coral that I've had for a couple years. Recently I've noticed some algae/funk collecting around the rim of some of the heads. See pic.

What is the best way to remove this? Revive? Peroxide?

Try gentle bursts with a turkey baster
If no success, apply peroxide via a pipette
Last option- carribean blue leg hermits which are tiny

The baster doesn't budge most of it. I'll try the peroxide application next.
Thanks
The peroxide will weaken the algae and cause it to die off- you won’t see it wilt before your eyes
