A week ago I was sorry I bought this thing, now it is becoming one of my favs. Wanted to post a new pic because it seems to be settling in, even opens to feed during the day now. Anyway, anyone else have pics of their sun coral? Post 'em if you got 'em!

After feeding (fat and happy)

always debated getting one one of the LFS had one forever and it never opened ( probly because they dont spot feed and so far all i know that they do is dose with phyto i think but honestly if they had it know i would rescue it from the pit of death lol but between them not knowing what it was and me never seeing one befor it was lost a month or 2 after it arrived. honestly though why does petcare warehouse do what they do. everytime im in there no matter if its a shipment day or not theres always dead or dying fish and coral. algea over running tanks. they also have a seaclone 150 on a 150gal tank with 2 emporeor 400 and a uv sterilizer. yeah they have 2 250 wat metal halides but you would think they would want to have there DT tank that they sell out of looking amazing. IMO i would want it to look amazing to pull more attention to it and make more sales in general right? it just bothers me because i see so much death when i go there and yeah there are always going to be thos that dont do well but wouldnt you want to do everything you could to help them thrive?

Here is a picture of mine. It's so meaty that the flesh is overflowing onto the next polyps.
