Who's got um? Experiences? What do you feed them? How often do you feed them? I did research, just like to know people's experience with them. I just got them on Friday they opened today with my coral frenzy feeding. Is that enough for them or do they need meatier food like brine or chopped sliverside? Tips tricks and more info is appreciated.

I feed mine directly every other day ( yellow suns), and black suns every day. Mixture of mysis, brine shrimp, fish eggs. During a day they also get some food when I feed my anthias ( about 5 times), so most of them stay open during the day.

I fed mine every few days. When i feed fish the smell would make them open fully. Then spot feed them a mixture of stuff. If you dont feed fish as well. They and shrimp will steal all the food. Pumps off to help keep food near them. If you feed them well they multiply fast. Wish my dendros multiplied a half as fast.

I am training mine to open so I can enjoy it so I feed them when I feed the rest of the tank and they open up and look absolutely beautiful

I can't get mine to open with the lights on, even if I add a healthy dose of coral frenzy to the water. Therefore, I have to feed mine at night when they decide that they'll eat. I work an off shift schedule though so it works out. I try to feed 3 times a week. I'd like to feed more as they definitely sprout new heads quickly when fed a lot. I give mine a coral frenzy/mysis mix and live black worms. They love the worms. I don't think coral frenzy alone would be enough, but I have no facts to support that. They just respond much more to meaty foods.

Just got mine lastnight and it opened up as soon as i placed it in there and fed some mysis. Im gonna check today if it opens up when lights are on. Anybody try feeding some reef roids or any type of zoo?

They are opening more every feeding some still don't respond and haven't opened fully. Are they connected as far as feeding? If only half eat does all of them get food?
