I previously got a sunburst anthia and he.. dissappeared. i really want another but i’m scared bc of price $100+. i have a 45 gallon its an upgrade 3 months old from a smaller 6 month old tank, i have my water tested at lfs levels are great corals fish everything thriving. when i first put him in the tank he was super lethargic not coming out to eat for 3 days but then seemed fine .. then dissappeared after a week. do you think he was just not well to begin with? do some fish just not survive the transfer? are these guys typically hardy? is 45gal big enough? do they prefer to come in groups or solo? any info n tips to keep my next sunburst alive would be appreciated.
