I got a new Sunburst Bubble Tip.:bounce: He has been in the tank for a week now and has settled in nicely.

He is currently eating Mysis Shrimp, soaked in Brightwell Aquatics Multi-Vitamin, and Selcon.

Here are a couple pics i took yesterday. Will update pics in a week or so...

Is that under actinic only? Beautiful pic either way. Keep us updated and post more!
There is only 1 actinic bulb, that isn't even that bright. This picture is taken under 1 blue t5, 1 actinic t5, 2 white t5s, and an led strip. The nem looks almost the same whether it is under t5 only or when the metal halide turns on.

I wish someone would tell me the secret to keeping those things alive. I bought two from Gonzo over a period of a couple months, and they came in fine to me both times. I placed them in a mixed reef setup that also had two 3 year old RBTAs in it, and both times the Sunburst did fine for a couple weeks, then slowly shriveled and died. I am dumbfounded why though, because my other two RBTAs have flourished in this tank, but the sunbursts both died. Still have the two RBTAs and a Rainbow in that same tank.

Are these things delicate or something?

I don't think BTAs are delicate. I think the most delicate part of a BTA,(especially ones like sunburst or rainbow) is keeping its rainbow color.

What do you guys think would be the best food to give it for max growth and color? Also, what would be good to fortify it with? I am feeding it mysis with vitamins and selcon, as i said in OP.

Beautiful nem! I feed mine Silver sides and it loves them. I don't soak it in anything and it has beautiful color and is roughly a foot big! I guess you could always soak the silver sides, it wouldn't hurt it.

I thought Silver Sides would kill nems?
