I have a colony of about 45 heads of Sunny D's and of late I have been noticing white growth between the heads. Upon closer exam it appears to be that a fair amount of sponge is growing between heads. How do I remove or rid sponge without hurting it?
Thanks!

Some sponges are different some will come right off with tweezers...others I've had success with doing a dip in rodi water sponges can't survive in the fresh water and will slowly die after the dip

I had same problem with rastas. I just took tweezers and pulled it all off. Been good ever since. Good luck. Take care of it now, my zoas began dying back because of the white sponge. Almost lost my whole colony because of quite sponge.

Mike :)

Honestly not long maybe 20-30 sec...but pluck off what you can before you dip...also if you just leave it they will kill whatever's around them
