Each light have 7 programs to play with and each individual LED sets can be control individually from A to E.
Example:

Sunrise:

Let say sun rise starts at 8am, so from program #1 to #2, the light will incrementally brightens, between the time period 8am to 10am, system will start slowly increase power until it reaching set point at 10am LED power values. Then from program #2 to #4 (10am to 1pm) the brightest time of the day.

If you want to keep the same power for a time period from 12pm to 1pm.
Instead of:

you can use

so that the above, at 12pm and 1pm, the power will not move. It will stay the same in the time frame in program #3 and #4. You can also change the time values to 14:00, so same power will stay the same from 12pm to 2pm like this

You are flexible to change whenever values you like to play with.

For Sunset

Since the program from #4 to #5, the LED values is decrease it will slowly loosing power in each LED value so from 1pm to 7pm, during this time period the lights will slowly fade into 7pm LED values.

You are not stupid. It's only stupid not to ask questions. :)

Update.

I had been using this lights for a week now and I must say that it is working better than I hope for. The 7 programming really give me a lot if options to play with. The automatic sunrise to sunset function that build in these lights give the real life effect of sunrise to sunset changes.

Can you link your daily settings as it might help others? I am redoing my settings and and will post them after I am done.
Actually if anyone reading this could post their settings it would be awesome :) I will try and test mine with the par meter when I get a chance.

How smooth is the gradient on the sunrise sunset? How many dimming points does it have access to over the time period? I guess I'm asking what is the % increase/decrease for each dimming step?
