Sunset Anthias - Red spots

Arrived yesterday. Swimming and breathing normally. Eating a little bit, not not aggressively. Also in QT is a pink margin fairy wrasse who looks fine just malnourished.

Should I treat or watch? and for bacterial or uronema? I have kanaplex and CP available.

Based on the fish disease index - pictorial guide id say it looks closest to bacterial infection, red sores. They recommend to treat with broad spectrum antibiotics: Kanaplex, Furan 2 and Metroplex. Id say since you already have Kana, soak some food with it or dose to tank. If I remember right, dosing in this case may be better than soaking food because the infection is on the outside of the fish.
