Sunset Monti bleaching

Hey guys. We got a sunset Monti added last week to our 20g. It seems to be bleaching some from the bottom up. Our Jedi Mindtrick on the other hand, is doing great. Pics of both below, hopefully you can tell.

I've got a Nicrew marine led with the blues and whites. I had the intensity at 100% on each, but lowered them to 70 blue, 28 white since I started noticing the loss of orange/red.

It's pretty high in our tank, in the direction of medium/high flow.

Any advice, or could it just be adjusting to the possible too much light I had on it?

How did you acclimate, did you place low then slowly move up? I'd move to middle of the tank of it were me..

20 min to temp, then slowly added tank water to the bag. It's been in this spot since we had it. I thought I may should move it lower, but you guys know more than me!

Sunset montipora is a very hardy SPS coral . In fact the most likely to survive long periods of neglect. And a beautiful orange that is hard to beat. Moving on , reducing light intensity may help . Edit I didn’t see the date . What happened to the montipora?

Maybe I didn't have enough light? This one apparently died. It's since turned solid white unfortunately

I would try again with a new frag . It’s a must have . IMO. I had one rebound from a few polyps into several frags. It’s only ok at this time but still a cool encrusting montipora.
