Super cloudy water

Hey guys I’m new to the saltwater hobby I’ve been in it for about 3 months now and about 3 weeks ago I started getting really cloudy water and I do 20% water changes in my Fluval Evo 13.5 every week I’m at the point were in super upset at myself thinking what I did wrong I don’t know how to get rid of it I have used liquids that supposedly clear your water but nothing works for me, if anyone had an idea of what’s going on or what I could do please let me know :/
