Super dumb question...

This varies somewhat with age and pump speed setting but at 12V DC it is 10-14W.
This answer to a "dumb question" seems to be highly technical with regards to providing a useful number solution but I think it might have provided a more reefer friendly answer without mentioning all the numbers? :thinking-face:

Example:
The Tunze Osmolater's pump should provide many years of useful service under normal circumstances. It will serve to stabilize the tanks salinity while consuming essentially a negligible amount of wattage. The bottom line; No matter how much energy it consumes the results achieved are totally worth it.

The power consumption of the Tunze Osmolator pump is approximately 9 watts when running. This is based on the specifications provided by Tunze for their Osmolator Universal 3155, which is a popular model for automatic top-off (ATO) systems in aquariums. The pump operates at 12V DC and draws around 0.75 amps, leading to a power consumption of about 9 watts (12V * 0.75A = 9W).
