Hello I have my first pregnant fish and was over feeding also over feeding corals. I went on vacation got back and have been playing catch-up. I’m running chemipure blue and I’m adding brightwell po4 export. Is this a bad idea. Po4 at 2.2. No algae though. Corals are fine other than my acans. Any thought. Thanks can I do this will it make things worse?

You should be using chemipure elite which has GFO in it for that high number but you can add a small bag of GFO to your sump. You just want to walk that number down over several weeks not crash it down in 2 days or your corals will react bad.

Thank you I’m going to work on it I’m always running chemipure elite but I added brightwell po4 how bad of an idea is this it’s so high everyone seems fine and no algae so I’m so confused I expected to see gha and wha everywhere

Whatever you do go slow....don't pull it all out real quick. I was at 1.2 ppm and with waterchanges and gfo came down real quick, my nitrates were 60 ppm too. Ended up with dinos!!!!!! and i never hit 0.0 on nitrates or phosphates.
Still working on getting rid of dinos now.
There was a video on here to from a lad that runs his tanks consistent on high phosphates with no ill effects, probably worth looking up.
