Super magnet scrubber for 300gallon tank?

Scrubbing the front glass is very tedious. I am tired of reaching my arm in every few days to scrub algae which is very hard to get off. My current magnet scrubber is pretty weak. I think partially because my 300gallon glass is very thick. maybe 3/4 or an inch. Are there any heavy duty magnet scrubbers which will make my life easier? Also I saw someone using a magnet scraper on a video. This seems really scary for front glass. I would hate to scratch my glass and be stuck with scratch for 20 years. Any thoughts on this? Personally I just did a lot of research for my 200 gallon (3/4" thick) and I went with the Tunze Care magnet STRONG+ from Amazon. It was reasonably priced and it's made to not trap sand and scratch your glass. So far so good on it for me. I'm only dealing with lighter algae at the moment though.
