Super man monti help!!

Ok so i.left for vacation every thing looks great and my fish sitter did a great job. But my superman monti its top completely has been eat/rotted/ not sure what happend. The one thing I could think is I had the power head pretty much pointed at it, and very close to it. could there been way to much flow and this caused it?

To much flow is very possible. How much light are you running and how far from the light is it?

Running t5 all ati bulbs 2blue plus 1purple plus and 1 aqua blue , 24 inch light

Where the tip of my baster is where i.had the monti, with the power head pretty much pointed at it. All my other montis are doing well.

Yes it is right side up and where I put it, the baster there is a empty frag plug was trying get a pic for location.
