Skimmer has 2 yrs use. Works great. It does have a cosmetic flaw on the pump. About 1yr ago, I dropped the pump while cleaning. The pump cover (volute) chipped, i dont think the chip would alter pump performance but regardless I patched the chip with acrylic shavings. Works just the same. I post some pics shortly
