Super slow growth, please help

Hi all! This is my first post so please bare with me. For the last few months I’ve noticed all my coral except for leathers have stopped growing. All parameters seem ok, my phosphate is high right now (2) but that is a new issue. I dose 2part, acropower and trace elements. Tanks parameters are

2x150w Hamilton tech 20k MH
Reefbreeders 450nm lumenbar
Reefbreeders high octane UV lumenbar
Reef octopus skimmer
PH 8.4
Alk 8.5
Phosphate 2
Nitrate 5
Mg 1420
Ca 460

when you say all your coral are you talking about sps, lps, zoas etc? which types stopped growing?

Zoa’s and leather are growing well. Lps, sps, chalices and even gorgonians have all but halted
