I've had a AWI Typhoon3 75 gallon per day RO/DI unit setup and working great for years that was due for a filter change. Changed the filters with the standard BRS replacement set, and I'm only getting a drip every few seconds. Waste water is moving like normal. I've done the bypass flush no change. I thought maybe there would be a break in period. But, its been about 4 hours with no change and less than a quart of production. Am I missing something simple? Any common answer to this issue that I haven't thought of? Just stumped.

Is the flow restrictor turned the proper way to restrict the waste line? I also assume you turned the bypass flush valve back off after flushing.

Yep. It's back off. All other lines and fittings were untouched.

Any way to test the RO membrane for flow? Should you be able blow through it or some simple way to see if its bad or blocked? Maybe some typical issue people have when this happens?
