2 in black Tahitian maxima has little white bugs on it. Have had for five months, bought a green deresa on my birthday(August) it died but before I noticed the same bugs on it. I have another black Tahitian 2 inch and 9-10 derasa. Here is a way zoomed pic on 2 inch clam that’s why so blurry but they are small. I haven’t seen them on other two. Foot also seems paralyzed. Here’s a picture. Can give zoomed out picture of two happy clams and one upset if needed.

Certainly do. Have noted some that small in my tank but can't say they are good or bad honestly. Just know that if they are snails, you might be looking at a pyramid snails.

Seen pyramid snails, moving around more like spiders.

I would scrub the shell with a toothbrush in some tankwater.

Done many times. Have had clams for years, always scrutinize the clam for pest when I buy. Have currently a deresa that’s 5yrs in my tank and the two black Tahitians for a few months doing great got a green deresa it died now worried.
