These guys have been in my tank for roughly 5 months and they don't seem to perk up much,
Specs,
Calcium 430
Mg 920
Dks 9.5
Salinity 1.025
Skimmer and carbon on tank
All other corals seem happy and some are growing to what I would consider pretty fast, Coraline even spreads first pick with flash is now, second pick is a week ago

I’m not sure if your mag is correct. If it is I’d say that’s the issue. Bring it up to 1350 slowly

I don't even have anything to bring it up at the moment, I got a red Sea foundation pro test kit, I like it quite a bit. Deifinatly peats the app crap I had in the past

I grabbed some mg in a bottle yesterday, it said 5 ml for 20 lag of water so considering my numbers are already up a bit I put 6 ml in and this morning they look great!

How do people use Bayer total insect killer to dip corals I need to dip a poly zoa's colony and I have no idea how to mix it up properly

I’ve heard to mix it in a cup until the water gets cloudy like. I’ve never used it. Always used revive in the past. Glad to hear that the magnesium has helped

If the decimal is right on your phosphates, you are about 10x higher than it should be
So many people in very recent times are saying it almost dosent matter... Or is that just on nitrates?

Status update, came home... Droopy and floppy again.... If ya want the frag it's free.... It sucks.

Are you sure they get enough light? They look stretched too me, they do that when they need more light.

Fwiw.
Mag isn’t gonna hurt it.
High Po4 isn’t gonna hurt it either.
Your tests are probably just off a bit.

I’d give it more light slowly.
And some frags just do that.
And don’t use peroxide on em.

Who uses peroxide on corals? Lol I have literally never even used a dip and the corals looked droopy when I bought them months ago
